About Us
Lake County Friends is a small group of Quakers who gather on the second Sunday at 2pm for silent Meeting, known as Quaker worship. Our group is part of a larger Quaker community, Pacific Yearly Meeting. This group meets once a year in Summer. We are also part of College Park Quarterly Meeting which gathers Quakers together in Fall, Winter and Spring. We meet at 2pm for an hour of worship and then usually have a shared snack. We make decisions in our business meetings which we have occasionally. Please feel free to call or email us if you have any questions.
